Requested H-1B positions cluster heavily in a small number of worksite states.

Methodology

Sum TOTAL_WORKER_POSITIONS by two-letter WORKSITE_STATE among H-1B records whose final status is exactly Certified. No employer names, street addresses, contacts, case numbers, or row-level records are retained. Worksite state is proposed on an application and is not verified employment or residence. What this isn't: The address is proposed on an application, not proof that a worker arrived or remained there.
