Methodology
Divide annual Stack Overflow questions tagged 'machine-learning' by all questions submitted to Stack Overflow in the same complete year. The numerator and denominator come from the official Stack Exchange API and retain aggregate counts only. A tag share is not the share of all developer work, all AI questions, or all software problems; users may migrate to other tags, sites, documentation, or AI assistants.
